* This rate is given to accounts that are paid in full at registration.



  • 10 monthly payments starting in August thru May
  • F.A.C.T.S. Management Company electronically process all monthly tuition payments
    • New families will register here
    • Existing families will automatically get their accounts updated upon registration
  • Monthly tuition for the student(s) will be based upon the chart above 
  • Raleigh SDA Church member discount(s) will be taken from the tuition schedule during registration



  1. Unless prior arrangements have been made with the treasurer, tuition fees are due on the first day of each month.
  2. Student(s) will be suspended for non-payment of tuition if monies have not been received by the School Business Manager by the 15th of the month. Advise the treasurer if you are having difficulties paying tuition before it becomes an issue.

Monthly payments may be submitted in the following ways:

  1. In the drop box inside the school. Enclose in an envelope with your name on it. (Please do not give your payment to the teachers.)
  2. Mail to the school address:

  3. Pay online at Adventist School Pay with options to pay by bank account or credit card. (Fees for using a credit card will be the responsibility of the parents and will be added to the monthly statement.)
  4. Your bank's online bill pay.

Adventist School Pay
Adventist School Pay setup instructions:

  1. Register for an Adventist School Pay account.
  2. Log in to your account and add your child.
  3. Add your child/children that you are paying tuition for. You may use your child's date of birth as their account number.
  4. When you have added your children to your account, click "Done: Specify Amount(s)"
  5. You can now enter your payments for each child as it is listed on your bill.
